BSNL Broadband Bill Payment Through PhonePe

Step 1 — Open PhonePe

1. Open the PhonePe App on your mobile.
2. On the Home screen, go to Recharge & Pay Bills.
3. Tap View All.

Step 2 — Select Broadband / Landline

1. Go to the Utilities / Bills section.
2. Select Broadband / Landline.

Step 3 — Select BSNL

1. Search for BSNL Broadband / Landline.
2. Select the BSNL option applicable to your connection.

Step 4 — Enter Your BSNL Details

1. Enter your BSNL Broadband/Landline Number or Customer ID/Account Number.
2. Check the number carefully.
3. Tap Fetch Bill / Proceed.

Step 5 — Check Your Bill Details

PhonePe will fetch your BSNL bill. Check:

• Customer Name
• BSNL Account/Number
• Current Due Amount
• Due Date

⚠️ Important: Always verify the Customer Name and Bill Amount before making the payment.

Step 6 — Make the Payment

1. Tap Proceed to Pay / Pay Bill.
2. Select your preferred payment method, such as UPI or Bank Account.
3. Select your UPI account if required.
4. Tap Pay Now.
5. Enter your UPI PIN to complete the payment.

Step 7 — Check Payment Status

After payment, you may see one of these statuses:

🟢 SUCCESS

• Your payment has been successfully completed.
• Tap View Receipt to see the payment receipt.
• You can also find the transaction under PhonePe → History.

🟡 PENDING

• The payment has been initiated, but BSNL/provider confirmation is still pending.
• Do not immediately make another payment.
• Check the transaction status again after some time.

🔴 FAILED

• The payment was not completed successfully.
• Check the transaction details.
• If money was debited from your account, check the transaction/refund status before trying again.

Step 8 — Check Payment History

Go to:

PhonePe → History / Transactions → BSNL Bill Payment

You can check:

• Payment Status
• Amount Paid
• Date & Time
• Transaction ID
• Payment Receipt

Quick Process

Open PhonePe → Recharge & Pay Bills → View All → Broadband/Landline → BSNL → Enter Customer ID/Number → Fetch Bill → Verify Bill → Pay Now → Enter UPI PIN → Check Status → Save Receipt

Important: Always verify your BSNL Number/Customer ID, Customer Name and Bill Amount before confirming the payment.
